Company overview

Established in 2015, SJM Controls Ltd has rapidly increased its customer base over a relatively short period of time and can provide field service engineers with over 25 years’ experience in the Supply, Installation, Configuration and Calibration of Process Control Instrumentation on measured variables such as Temperature, Pressure, Level, RH as well as analytical variables such as pH and Conductivity.

Typical applications include Heat Treatment Ovens and Furnaces, Aerospace Vacuum Furnaces, Environmental Room Monitoring as well as Food Processes such as Pasteurization & Cold Storage Monitoring.

We offer both ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited and traceable Calibration & Certification of process instrumentation as well as performing Temperature Uniformity Surveys (TUS’s) and System Accuracy Tests (SAT’s) to the requirements of industry standards such as API 6A and AMS2750 Rev G.

We also provide a professional approach in the Design, Installation, Configuration and After Service support of Honeywell Experion SCADA systems including the integration of the Honeywell HC900 & UMC800 family of controllers, CS900 Touch Screen HMI’s and other ModbusTCP devices.
